Hi, I am using this build alot lately, I like it alot and I want to share it
FC 9 domination 14 inspiration 11 signet of disruption drain delusion shatter delusion web of disruption ether phantom mantra of inscriptions ether feast ress signet you can interupt any skill with this build. start with web of disruption for your first interupt, then you use signet of disruption, then shatter delusion or drain delusion. ether phantom is in because its so cheap and you can deal dmg with it too, mantra of inscriptions so signet of disruption is more spammable, last 2 spells dont need any words  any improvements? tell me please |

Drain delusion and ether phantom are pretty useless IMO. How about a leech signet?

Swap drain delusion and ether phantom for Leech signet and Power drain.
Also, migraine or arcane conundrum might be handy.. |
